First time at OTC arrived and was instantly greeted with a warm welcome and an offer of a tea or coffee. My treatment was thoroughly explained and the result was perfect. I had two treatments with two beauticians who were friendly and professional. The salon was quaint and clean. Just rebooked thank-you!

I booked a deluxe manicure, performed by Ellie. I felt I'd been given a new pair of hands at the end of the treatment! She kept me informed all the way through the procedure and was extremely capable and professional. It was definitely a deluxe treatment and I highly recommend Ellie for her meticulous attention to detail and caring attitude.

I love the Organic Treatment Company. I have a Platinum membership which means I have beauty treatments every month with a discount, plus lots of other benefits. Natalie is so passionate about what she does and this shines through in her ethos, professionalism, customer service and treatments. Nothing is too much trouble for Natalie and her staff and they tailor everything to meet your needs using exquisite products. I have used beauticians extensively for decades, all around the world and I consider the Organic Treatment Company to be the best.

I love Organic Treatment Company. They make you look and feel fabulous. Natalie is passionate about organic beauty and offering the highest standard of treatments and professionalism. This enthusiasm and high standard is also reflected in the staff she employs. They tailor the treatments to suit you and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I have been having beauty treatments for nearly thirty years and all over the world. I would consider OTC to be amongst the best. I have regular treatments at OTC and I highly recommend it.
