Sophie is really knowledgable she explained all the options in a clear and concise manner so you would know exactly what to expect from the treatment. Sophie is extremely professional & knowledgeable about hair loss & the treatments she provides. I had no hesitation in booking in for a course of 3 PRP treatments after my initial consult with her. Her personable manner quickly put me at ease & she made a treatment you would imagine to be painful, pretty much pain free. She was very thorough, taking pictures prior to the treatment to use as a reference & tailoring the PRP injections to my hair loss. Having been elsewhere prior to finding Sophie, I feel that I'm in very safe hands & am extremely hopeful about the outcome for my hair regrowth.
