I’ve been going to Cathy for my highlights for about eight years now, and I couldn’t be happier. She is incredibly kind, patient, and always makes me feel comfortable. She takes the time to listen and really cares about getting the result just right. The highlights she does for me always turn out beautiful and natural. I constantly get compliments from friends, and many of them ask where I got my hair done. Another lovely touch is that she always welcomes me with delicious snacks, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. 😊

My family had a wonderful manicure experience at Velvet! Kid-friendly, feels comfortable. Four staff members worked on us at the same time, which made the whole visit smooth. Kim is definitely a star!

Katerina is fantastic! Very friendly, professional, efficient, social and respectful. Her spa is very clean and organized and I always have a pleasant experience when there. I have tried a few other sugaring spas in Toronto and this has been the best one. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience from arrival to departure. My stylist was friendly, professional and provided a great blowout. Craig, the manager, was very helpful - even taking time out to provide me with some excellent local restaurant recommendations (to dive as a local might). All this from a hair appt made in a hurry while visiting Toronto for biz and personal time. Could not recommend this place more highly!

Olivera is my go to person and I always see immediate and long term results with her facial treatments. Olenza uses great quality products and treatments never fall short. I always look forward to my glow and the improvement in my skin that I see following my treatments. The studio is well laid out, clean and gives a lovely relaxing ambiance. I highly recommend if you are looking to see real results in the health of your skin.

I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Great place. Very consistent!

This was my first time at Picasso Medi and nails spa, I read a lot of good reviews and wanted to give it a try. I must say the service is top-notch, and the staff are so professional and knowledgeable abut their craft. I will definitely be going back.

Ashley consistently does a fantastic job with my pedicure. She takes great care to ensure my comfort and my feet feel pampered and smooth.
