Ran me through what to expect and how to look after my lips to help swelling etc. I had watched a lot videos of people’s experiences saying lip filler was painful but honestly, it felt like the smallest pinch and then nothing at all whilst the filler was going in. I have had my previous lip filler (that I had done elsewhere) dissolved and my lips refilled by Carolina and she is highly professional, explains everything she is doing thoroughly and both treatments were virtually painless! She is lovely and makes you feel relaxed too. Would highly recommend her and will be using her again for other treatments!

I had Masseter Botox done today to help with my teeth grinding and clenched jaw. I was admittedly a little nervous but Rachael instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She was super friendly and really polite, which immediately put me at ease. After talking me through everything from what results I aimed for to the procedure and aftercare needed, she administered the botox quickly and very gently.
