The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

What can I say! Today I had my lip filler and some Botox. When I looked in the mirror I was over the moon! I absolutely love my transformation! This is probably my 5th visit at Krystian’s salon and I drive 50 miles to see him because HE IS A GENIUS! I recently had the lip blush done.I was a little nervous as never had a tattoo or anything. As always Eve was really helpful and explained the whole process. She is always very professional and makes sure you know what's being done each step of the way. Numbing gel was applied to my lips but I thought it still may be painful. It was absolutely fine, just felt like a small scratch in places.It then just felt like chapped lips.All of the aftercare was explained and a little aftercare pack given. I absolutely love the end result. It's been 48 hours now, colour still great,feels like dry lips

I have had my previous lip filler (that I had done elsewhere) dissolved and my lips refilled by Carolina and she is highly professional, explains everything she is doing thoroughly and both treatments were virtually painless! She is lovely and makes you feel relaxed too. Would highly recommend her and will be using her again for other treatments!

Had my lips done with Ashantay today and can honestly say, what a lovely experience. I’ve never experimented with filler before but she really put my mind at ease and really talks you through the whole process.
