I booked in for a thread brow lift and also had a lip flip , it was my first time getting either done and I was nervous at first but I was made to feel instantly relaxed, everything was explained to me about the procedures, it was done in a very professional manner but anna was so open and friendly. I definitely recommend her and will be back in the future.

Anna is an absolute legend, it was my first time getting lip injections but she made me so comfortable at the very beginning and happy by the end of the appointment. Very happy with my balayage and cut. As always Nicola was lovely, bubbly and chatty and makes the time pass very quickly.
