got my lashes and some lip filler done for the first time here, the ladies were lovely and did an amazing job! i have alopecia and havent seen myself with natural lashes in 7 years because mine are white and really small, yet somehow the lady managed to do gods work and get them to look lovely, i honestly felt like crying when i saw them. the lady who did my filler was very reassuring as it was my first time, she talked me through the process and did an amazing job :)

I booked in for a thread brow lift and also had a lip flip , it was my first time getting either done and I was nervous at first but I was made to feel instantly relaxed, everything was explained to me about the procedures, it was done in a very professional manner but anna was so open and friendly. Anna is an absolute legend, it was my first time getting lip injections but she made me so comfortable at the very beginning and happy by the end of the appointment. Going 2 Charlene for a few different treatments over a couple of yrs I’d been put off by someone in West Lothian as felt rushed , unexplained, and for things like lips /cheeks etc he didn’t build your shape correctly by not catering for the shape of my face etc and I was not happy with the results. Gave Charlene a go and was such a positive experience , explained the products , after a couple of treatments like lips and Botox recommended skin booster under eye polynucleotide and other treatments that have really made a big subtle difference and u really do get the inner glow, 100% recommend
