11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

I have been a long-time customer of Masumi, and she is truly amazing. I have naturally frizzy, wavy hair that is very difficult to manage on my own, but Masumi always performs a total transformation. What I appreciate most is that she designs styles to last—she doesn't just focus on how it looks today, but how it will grow out. My highlights blend perfectly into my roots even months later! She is a master of everything: highlights, Japanese straight perms, and haircuts. Also, don’t miss out on her shampoo—her head massages are the best! I highly recommend her to anyone.

I just had the most amazing experience with Dina! She did a full head of highlights, a cut, blow dry, and styled my hair with beautiful curls. This is hands down the best my hair has ever looked and felt. Not only is Dina incredibly talented, but she’s also such a pleasure to spend a few hours with. The only salon that can actually do my 3C course hair and get it to be pin straight and super soft. I recommend Birtha for blowouts. Shauna balayaged my hair and was able to make my curls even more healthier than they were before! Always get compliments!

I have been flying back to New York to have Curly style my hair! I have been using him for over 20 plus years. I got married and moved away and have not been able to find a master stylest like Curly in my area. He is the best! I have recently introduced my teen age daughter to him and she too believes he is one of the best. We always visit Toto hair when we come back to New York.

I got my silk press done with Treshana and I loved it! She took her time to detangle my hair throughly and provide me a good wash. My silk press last for over 2 weeks (because I wasn’t going to the gym lol ). Received so many compliments. I washed my hair and my curls reverted back which is the true test to a good silky. I will absolutely be going back!
