Impeccable, welcoming service. My stylist, Karabo was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. All the staff are very friendly. I'm very happy with my hairstyle, it looks amazing. My only gripe is that I skipped a wash and blow dry because my hair was already prepared but still paid full price, so I just wish it was clear that the price on the website is the base for the style/labour excluding a wash/dry. - Lili <3

What a wonderful experience! I treated myself for my birthday, and from the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt completely cared for. By the time I walked out, I had already received six compliments! Lajawi personally cut and styled my hair, and the result was beyond my expectations. The entire team was amazing- patient, professional, and attentive throughout. I’m happy to say I’ll definitely be a returning customer.
