My hair was done nicely. I had the straight up and I'm enjoying my hairstyle. The experience would have been 5 stars, but I think my stylist used a brush that had been used on a different client without proper cleaning she only removed the hair from the brush, I was too shy to say anything plus I could be wrong. I almost gave 2 stars because my gel polish was mostly removed using a drill bit. I think she drilled into my actual nail, you can see it under a bright light. Now my nails are pink, and sensitive to temperature and touch, and this hasn't improved since Saturday.

I highly recommend my lovely stylist, Renata. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. I love my fresh shoulder lenght hair style. It looks great and makes me feel younger. She also did a short cut for my elderly mother, who is very particular. She cut the styl perfectly and my mother left there feeling fabulous. I absolutely love my sew-in! My hair had a lot of new growth, and Minnie was so gentle throughout the entire process—there was no pulling at all. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

I got boho french curls, and it was done quickly considering the fact that one person had done it. She was very gentle and the entire process was painless. I just didn’t like that the gel left a white cast but other than that everything was amazing from the service to the finishing look.

I'm really happy with my new set, absolutely love it! Kutlwano really ensured to perfect the nail design and shape - sheer perfection. Everyone was friendly and made sure I was comfortable and happy. I have been searching for a salon where I could leave without having a single thing to complain about, and today I finally found it. The hair wash was so gentle and relaxing, and I was genuinely impressed that you used both a detangling leave-in conditioner and a heat protectant. What also stood out to me was that I was asked about my preferences throughout the entire appointment instead of anyone making assumptions. Nezia asked which products I normally prefer to use, whether I wanted gel before it was applied, and checked with me every step of the way.
