I had a lovely experience at Aneric - each customer gets their own individual treatment room where you can either relax and watch your favourite show or movie on the salon’s tablets or join meetings in a quiet space. My natural hair was unplaited, detangled, washed, blow dried and trimmed with care.

Impeccable, welcoming service. My stylist, Karabo was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. All the staff are very friendly. I'm very happy with my hairstyle, it looks amazing. My only gripe is that I skipped a wash and blow dry because my hair was already prepared but still paid full price, so I just wish it was clear that the price on the website is the base for the style/labour excluding a wash/dry. - Lili <3

I’m very happy with my hair. The stylist did it exactly the way I asked and without putting too much tension on the hairline. The salon is lovely, clean and peaceful and the staff are very friendly. Only surprise was that blow dry is charged extra for braid service

I’ve had so many disappointing experiences with salons that don’t understand ethnic hair. Until now. This was the first time I truly felt seen, cared for and confident in the hands of professionals who get it. From the gentle wash and restorative head massage to the careful blow-dry and iron.
