I had a lovely experience at Aneric - each customer gets their own individual treatment room where you can either relax and watch your favourite show or movie on the salon’s tablets or join meetings in a quiet space. My natural hair was unplaited, detangled, washed, blow dried and trimmed with care.

My hair was done nicely. I had the straight up and I'm enjoying my hairstyle. The experience would have been 5 stars, but I think my stylist used a brush that had been used on a different client without proper cleaning she only removed the hair from the brush, I was too shy to say anything plus I could be wrong. I almost gave 2 stars because my gel polish was mostly removed using a drill bit. I think she drilled into my actual nail, you can see it under a bright light. Now my nails are pink, and sensitive to temperature and touch, and this hasn't improved since Saturday.

Although I had initially booked with Lufuno, I’m so happy Minehle did my hair. She was kind, professional and incredibly gentle throughout the appointment. I absolutely love how my sew-in turned out plus she gave me some great tips on how to care for it. I also loved the salon itself, the atmosphere was beautiful and all the staff were so warm and welcoming. I travelled all the way from Cape Town just to have my hair done here and it was worth the trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️

Impeccable, welcoming service. My stylist, Karabo was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. All the staff are very friendly. I'm very happy with my hairstyle, it looks amazing. My only gripe is that I skipped a wash and blow dry because my hair was already prepared but still paid full price, so I just wish it was clear that the price on the website is the base for the style/labour excluding a wash/dry. - Lili <3

What a wonderful experience! I treated myself for my birthday, and from the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt completely cared for. By the time I walked out, I had already received six compliments! Lajawi personally cut and styled my hair, and the result was beyond my expectations. I had previously booked my mom for treatment here and I said I told myself I had to try this place out for myself once I took my plaits out. I was not disappointed! First I want to say that I have very thick and coarse 4C hair that I’ve struggled to find a place in JHB that can handle it properly. That’s why I just keep it in protective styles. Dudu was so gentle with the detangling I almost forgot I was a natural girlie the way there was no pain. The treatment was impeccable and everyone was so sweet. Can’t wait to come back for my braids in 2 weeks. Thank you, Dudu!
