If I could give more than 5 stars. Both Shae and Tanya consistently give excellent service. From professional telephone etiquette, to knowledge of their products and services. Its also more than the knowledge, its the skill/technique. They deliver! I am very busy and don't have time to be fixing a wig or weave each day. The techniques used at installation, glue or glue-less, last! Even my husband is happy with the natural look and it requires less time to get ready. I have searched and finally found stylists who make me feel on top of the world with my hair extensions. Don't delay, book now!

Khadija has been doing my hair roughly 5 years now and my experience has always been amazing from start to finish. Once she learns your hair, the braiding is completed quickly, yet the quality never slip Very professional, and so welcoming every single time. The space is always incredibly clean, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing. On top of that, the aroma of the new salon is so comfortable and pleasant — it truly adds to the peaceful atmosphere. I'd rate Braid Coutoure 100/10 every single time - already counting the days til my next visit ♥️✌🏾

Best hair care experience I've received in 5 years since I came to BIM. I have 4c natural hair and that is uncommon on the island. I was pampered and well taken care of. The braids were not painful and I fell asleep on the chair. She was polite, helpful, and overall stellar customer service plus top notch braiding skills. Gonna be recommending everywhere I go.

It’s so refreshing to have finally found a salon that specializes in styling natural hair. My wash and go lasted 2 weeks. I’ve never had one last more than 3 days! My hair was also very soft from the micro mist treatment. Very impressed with the service I received.

I can recommend Kyna enough! She’s super disciplined and extremely knowledgeable on hair care. It’s not easy to find a hair stylist that prioritises natural hair care over styling/the finished look. Her thriving natural hair is the best example of this. I have natural hair and she was so careful, attentive and dedicated to caring after my hair, offering so many useful tips on products to use and how to care for my hair better.
