I had such a fantastic experience with William! He did an absolutely amazing job on my hair—I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. He really listened to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and paid so much attention to detail. The result was even better than I imagined! On top of that, he’s super professional, friendly, and makes the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable. I can’t recommend William enough—definitely my go-to stylist from now on!

Misha did an excellent job with my wash and blow dry – he’s so talented and styled my hair exactly how I asked. However, I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and had tried calling ahead to let them know, but no one answered. When I arrived, I was apologetic and explained I had an appointment booked at a certain time, but the receptionist responded with, “you’re late,” in an unnecessarily blunt and impolite manner. While I completely understand the importance of punctuality, I felt the comment could have been delivered in a more professional and courteous way.
