Chop Chop has a nice salon environment and I really liked how my haircut turned out. Asma did a great job cutting and coloring my hair. I really appreciated Tesia’s kindness and sensitivity regarding my hair. I believe I thoroughly explained my situation prior to coming in to the salon as my hair was quite old due to personal circumstances and I struggled to remove the locs myself. I’m grateful the team were able to remove my locs however they were not able to complete the detangling in the allotted time which is understandable I wish the team were more forthcoming with the intended price I was expected to pay for the service as this was not appropriately communicated to me when I booked my service Thank you

It was my first time trying HIFU and though I was nervous the staff made me feel comfortable and explained the process before hand so I knew what to expect. Afterwards, I told them what more I wanted to do with my face and they gave me choices and advice for the best treatments.

light, airy saloon which had immediately soothing effect. Graciously mannered team, providing, unprompted, glasses of chilled water on a steaming hot London day. sensationally good hair cut by Rhys who not only understands the dynamics of hair but the shape of ones head! Usually the talents of brilliant cutter doesn't extend to blow-drying but not so here! I left this wonderful little haven a different woman - happier, more confident and, I like to think, prettier!

Excellent groom for my Standard Schnauzer - she is anxious, but they did an amazing job with her - she had a full groom, nails clipped and teeth brushed and we've never had a better cut done for her. 10/10!

I couldn’t be happier with the service! My dog always comes home looking amazing, smelling fresh, and, most importantly, happy and relaxed. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the animals and take the time to make sure each dog is comfortable throughout the grooming process. The attention to detail is fantastic, and the customer service is always friendly and professional. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pup. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and talented groomer!
