First time there for me, after lockdown I struggled to find a good barber and had some not so great experiences outside your usual undercut or trim down all over - Tom was an absolute wizard with both hair and beard, understood perfectly what I was looking for and the results were amazing. Other than the excellent service, staff was very friendly, had a good chat but was also able to shut off and relax for a little. For as long as I’m based in south London I won’t be looking for another barbers.

Comfortable environment, friendly staffs, professional haircut and styling services. I'm from Hong Kong and It's my first haircut in London. Before I'm a bit worried Asian hairstyle is a bit tricky for barbers here to handle, but Charlie had nailed it and I'm super happy with it.

I had a very great experience at Always Natural today, thank you, Keisha. I had my locs washed, retwist and 2 strand twist in an asymmetrical bob style, everybody loving my hairstyle. My 16 year old has started he's locs journey and went for the starter loc service. They were very professional on time, very informative. My son is excited and really enjoyed the experience. Defo coming back in 5 weeks for retwist service. Thank you.

10/10 lovely experience as always and re-twist looking fresh. My locs had some build up from too much product, Thami thoroughly washed it out for me and also repaired one of my locs too.

This was the first time a loctician actually took the time to grown my locs during an interloc session. Normally it would just be interloc the roots but Nancy actually took time to grown the growth between the root and the loc. Thank you.

Absolutely delightful Thami worked wonders with my hair. He was able to repair my locs and create a flattering style. I left the salon feeling fresh. As always, it's a warm greeting, friendly banter, engaging conversation, as well as a delightful hair experience. It takes me over an hour to get to the salon...but it's absolutely worth it. Amazing! My haircut is always fantastic. Junior is the master skin fade Guru; who is always thoughtful and meticulous with my haircut. The shop and the other barbers at the Crystal Palace location are always positive, bring good conversation and make you feel welcomes and part of the crew. 10 out of 10 my favourite barbers in London hands down

Angela cut my hair with care and skill and listened to my instructions carefully. She is a good conversationalist (as well as an excellent barber) and she told what she thought, not what I wanted to hear. Loved it. I would recommend Angela if you want a really good haircut for a fair price in South London.

Lima has been doing my locs for over 20 years. Lima taught me how to look after my locs recommending regular treatments etc. Today I had Keisha as Lima was away I had my regular treatment and style. Keisha is very professional, washed my hair thoroughly with a head massage 💆🏾‍♀️ everything went very well. The team at at Always Natural are amazing. Excellent customer service. Wash-Rewist-Style I've been coming to always natural since they were in the old shop and I had my old set of lock and this was my first time having Angel. The experience was 10/10 from the moment I walked into the shop, the level of professionalism and attention to details and making sure clients/I are happy is something I wished I had experienced as a child growing up.
