Wow, I arrived looking real rough. Hair was dry like a piece of salt bread. Sylvia was gentle and encouraging. She told me how soft my hair was, but in reality it probably felt like straw. not the green, green grass type, but the tumbleweed type. After suggesting my treatment, she set about washing and massaging the hair, then came the hooded dryer, another wash and blow dry. I awaited the trim which is usually a actual cut, but low and behold Sylvia dod an actual trim of the dry ends and the finishing hair swayed as I moved my head. I smiled with satisfaction. 🙂

I haven’t had a haircut in 2 years, my curls looked dead and dry but with the magic hands of Oz she was able to bring them back to life! I’m so happy with my curls and they feel so soft too.
