Super special! Always a pleasure to be with her. Her warm welcome makes you feel at home. Shes a perfectionist in her work . She's proud of her work and strives to keep a very high standard. Thank you Lulu.

The experience was a good one despite the fact that one of the therapists hurt my toe during the pedicure and it bled and it’s still painful. That somewhat spoiled the experience for me. Secondly, there was no questionnaire to assess our allergies, health conditions that could affect the treatments. Lastly, it’s only fair to communicate with guests and remind them to bring costumes and towels for them jacuzzi, because not all spas expect customers to bring them. We had to go out and buy costumes to avoid forfeiting the jacuzzi session. Restaurant was great and the hotel is a beautiful one.
