I cannot recommend Sonia highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to really educate you about the treatments you are considering, explaining the benefits and whether they are genuinely suitable for your skin type. Her approach is very bespoke and client-focused, and you always feel that she has your best interests at heart. I completed a course of 3 PRP treatments with her and have already noticed that my hair feels much healthier and stronger. I have now started a course of polynucleotides (under eye) and I’m really looking forward to seeing the continued results.

Lovely first experience at Flawless. The receptionist was so welcoming, the environment was calm, I felt relaxed the moment I came in. I was offered a coffee on arrival, whilst having my skin consultation. The knowledge and expertise of the staff here is amazing! My micro needling treatment with Shanice went so well considering it was my first time having this treatment done, I felt comfortable, at ease and super relaxed.
