I had an amazing experience at Shape Zone London! The customer service from all the staff was outstanding, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend trying the Lycon hot wax, as it provides a much less painful experience compared to strip waxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for waxing!

Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care!
