Having had many treatments with Charlie today was my first micro-needling with Charlie and oh my goodness. Charlie knew I was very nervous about this due to previous bad experiences with another practitioner which was so so painful. Charlie was so careful to ensure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and I can honestly say I can’t believe I never felt anything more than the vibration of the machine and what’s even more amazing is I have no redness, you are truly amazing and my skin feels soo good. I never thought I’d get excited to have needles in my face! I had my second session of microneedling, top up of the aquashine skin booster & my first ever botox session to even out my forehead wrinkles and a cheeky B12 injection today & Anna is a miracle worker - I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my appearance/wellbeing. She is so kind, calm & down to earth, my appointments are always full of the best chats - I’m already looking forward to next month’s treatments! I’ve never had my lashes look so amazing. Liana is so great at what she does. Also had my brows micro bladed. Spoke me through each step and they look amazing! Super happy.

Anna has worked an absolute miracle! She completely dissolved my 6 year old lumpy, migrated filler, injected 1ml back in & this has given me the most gorgeous lip shape & restored the proportions in my face. I also had my first session of microneedling with the Aquashine skin booster which has made me feel so refreshed! Anna was so patient, careful & put me at ease as this was the first time I’d ever had these treatments and the sensation was completely new to me. My skin has genuinely never looked better. I’ve been seeing Charlie regularly for acupuncture and have now added microneedling, and the difference has been amazing. When I first started, my skin was very reactive with frequent flare-ups and possible rosacea - it was angry and unsettled. Now it’s calm and balanced. I’ve had so many comments on how clear my skin now looks. Consistency really is key, and Charlie’s knowledge and product recommendations have been spot on. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic treatment! Leasa is very knowledgeable in applying and caring for the lashes. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Lashes last about 4 weeks before needing an infil. Will definitely recommend and will be continuing to go to Leasa.

I absolutely love going to Mica! She knows her stuff and always gives the best skin advice. I totally trust her to do whatever she thinks is right because I know she’s going to make the best call for my skin. She’s such a perfectionist and really takes pride in what she does. I can’t recommend her enough!

Adele is a really friendly, experienced and talented aesthetician who really listens to her customers. I have been going to her for over 15 years and recommended her to many of my friends.

Annie did such a great job on my nail set. I came with fairly uneven nail length and shape from a previous biab service and she managed to turn it into a brilliant clean and polished new Biab. She mastered adding an extension on one of the nails that was broken as well. Then she proceeded to create intricate nail art design and did it exactly the way I wanted it, we picked the colours together. She's lovely to be around and very attentive. She provides quality work and quality services. Can't wait for my next appointment and would highly recommend
