My skin has genuinely never looked better. I’ve been seeing Charlie regularly for acupuncture and have now added microneedling, and the difference has been amazing. When I first started, my skin was very reactive with frequent flare-ups and possible rosacea - it was angry and unsettled. Now it’s calm and balanced. I’ve had so many comments on how clear my skin now looks. Consistency really is key, and Charlie’s knowledge and product recommendations have been spot on. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Absolutely brilliant, highly recommend. Alice knows here stuff, is a fully qualified nurse, she explains everything she is doing, listens to your concerns, and tells you what products she is using. Mica is lovely and friendly, and she has a way of making you feel completely at ease. Her work is excellent and truly impressive

I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well. I highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!
