She explains the procedure fully - what's going to happen, how it might feel, what to expect afterwards (in the immediate term and ongoing) and lets you know what's going on as she's performing the treatment which for a first timer was very reassuring.

Just got classic lash extensions by Kacey and I'm obsessed! She was super professional and gentle, making the whole process relaxing. The lashes look so natural but still give my eyes that extra pop. Perfect for everyday wear, and I've already gotten so many compliments. Definitely recommend! 💕
