Didi is the best facialist in London. I have facials monthly and always try new therapists but keep coming back to Didi. She helps me completely switch off. Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

I had the BioRePeel + microneedling glow facial done, my skin looks brighter, smoother, and glowier even after just one session. I went in today for tattoo camouflage, and I honestly couldn’t have felt more safe or cared for. Kyomi was so gentle, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole experience. Kat held my hand, spoke such encouraging words, and made me feel truly seen and supported. Their compassion and care turned something emotional into such a beautiful experience. Felt completely comfortable and informed the whole time. I had the treat of having both Raisah and Nasira at my session for skin needling with skin pen where they really made sure they understood my skin and my skin goals. They explained everything about the procedure and made sure I was fully informed before and throughout every stage including the after care. I actually enjoyed the lie down and excitement about the future improvements to my skin and things that I have been growingly self-conscious about. Amazing service, thanks so much for a lovely session and can’t wait for the results!

Just had my 4th microneedling facial and the results keep getting better every time. My skin texture has improved so much, old marks have faded, and my skin looks healthier and more radiant overall. I cannot fault my experience one bit! Today was my 2nd time seeing Dxy - my 1st appointment I was so nervous as was my 1st time getting filler. She was so reassuring! Put me at ease & answered all my questions. Today was exactly the same, she’s very knowledgeable & just so lovely; you barely feel the needle & she checks in regularly to make sure you’re okay or if you need a break. My lips look gorgeous & natural - she definitely listens to what you want. Tysm !! x

The results were amazing! I trusted Lily, and she completely transformed my nose. I genuinely thought it was unfixable, but she made it look so much better than I ever imagined.
