Didi is the best facialist in London. I have facials monthly and always try new therapists but keep coming back to Didi. She helps me completely switch off. I have adhd and I find it hard to relax but Didi instantly does this. Her pressure is amazing and she's constantly giving 100%. I feel great. Thanks Didi xx

Alice was extremely good. I think she is the best beautician I have ever met here in London for hair removal. She was very gentle and understood very well my concerns (c-section scar). Thank you Alice, I will certainly come back to see you again :-)

Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

I had the BioRePeel + microneedling glow facial done, my skin looks brighter, smoother, and glowier even after just one session. Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.

Just had my 4th microneedling facial and the results keep getting better every time. My skin texture has improved so much, old marks have faded, and my skin looks healthier and more radiant overall. I cannot fault my experience one bit! Today was my 2nd time seeing Dxy - my 1st appointment I was so nervous as was my 1st time getting filler. She was so reassuring! Put me at ease & answered all my questions. Today was exactly the same, she’s very knowledgeable & just so lovely; you barely feel the needle & she checks in regularly to make sure you’re okay or if you need a break. My lips look gorgeous & natural - she definitely listens to what you want. Tysm !! x
