I've had over five treatments at this clinic so far, and I've always had a great experience. The practitioner is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
