I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Best waxer in Birmingham! Danielle is so lovely and does an excellent job with the waxing. She is a perfectionist and my wax is virtually pain free. My hair growth has significantly reduced and my skin is super soft for weeks. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs waxing services.

Chanel was GREAT!!! She was welcoming, approachable and made the atmosphere very comfortable during the service. I loved how she is confident and loving her job-which made the waxing experience perfect! As always- a friendly and caring service. I learned today that the team actually use multiple needles for Botox instead of just topping up with one- in an effort to keep them sharp, in turn making the experience more comfortable for the client. Yet again another small step above and beyond that puts this practice ahead of the rest.
