The spa has a lovely, calming atmosphere, but its location between two slightly rundown buildings diminishes the initial impression. Despite my initial hesitation, I found the facial treatment and massage to be extremely relaxing. I particularly appreciated the pedicure setup downstairs, and the staff were friendly. However, I suggest enhancing the welcome experience with drinks or snacks to create a more relaxing vibe from the moment guests arrive.

My experience with sigma med spa always gets better each time I visit. They’re my favorite spa in Lagos

All the staff were amazing. I got amazing service. The hair spa, massage, pedicure and manicure definitely put me to sleep. Getting my hair done was incredible too. I will definitely be back.

The head massage after my hair treatment was the best thing that happened to me that day, I'm definitely going back.

Service was excellent from beginning to end. The wax therapist was knowledgeable, and also made me comfortable throughout the process. When I come to Lagos this is my go to spot for my woman monthly maintenance.

My experience was very satisfactory, a 10/10. The head aesthetician is very knowledgeable and professional. She took her time and made me comfortable while I got my facials done, explaining every process. Then I got complementary foot and arm massages that was soooo good I slept off. I’d highly recommend Shugarushhh guys ✅
