I must say that it was a great experience kudos goes to Abby (Short one 👏🙏). I booked the wrong massage and I was given the opportunity to return and have the right one done (free of charge) and now, my back feels lovely.

Now Kay-Neil you know I don’t like change lol, so knowing you wouldn’t be there and your assistant would be doing the service made me consider rescheduling. Well I’m glad I didn’t because Sheree was great! She did an excellent job and has a beautiful personality. You’re still my fav, don’t worry lol but I would definitely go back if she’s working. Thanks for always providing exceptional service ❤️

Monique did an excellent job, displayed great customer service and was polite. Service was done in a clean, relaxing environment. Pedicure was properly done, the massage chair was the icing on top. Will definitely revisit & recommend others.

Had a Swedish massage with Dagria and it was AMAZING! I was feeling very tense and stressed that day and the massage was super relaxing. I fell asleep several times during the hour, and I still continued to feel relaxed even hours later. Hands down one of my best massages, definitely will return👍🏽

My facial was very good however I was left a bit disappointed with my body scrub and massage.

Did Coffee Pedi & Reg. Mani. Massage was great, felt like the coffee scrub could have lasted a bit longer as it was like a one pass then done. Loved the rotating exfoliating device for my foot bottom which worked well. On looking at my fingers after, in the sun, the fingernail cuticle cleaning could be done better. The edges at the sides of my fingers had gaps in the polish (maybe better lighting to pay attention to small details). Host was pleasant, however, she did not introduce herself, I had to ask and then she warmed up. Very nice person, we had a good chat. I will go again.

Excellent experience! She practiced COVID safety protocols. The waxing was easy and painless. I’m so happy I finally found someone that does sugaring in Kingston!!

Marlene and her staff was very professional and friendly. I booked a spa day for my husband’s birthday and they provided a glass of complimentary wine. Great massage, facial, superb customer service and a clean environment. 100% recommend

Listen if your waxer is not up close and personal in your area then she not doing it right and let me tell you my girl Kay-Neil is the best.. she talks with you, she said take a deep breath, hell I even thought she was getting waxed too lol.. she made sure your comfortable and made sure she got all the hairs. I've been places before and when I leave the hairs were still visible.. book Kay-Neil NOW, she leaves no hair behind!!

It was good overall. Had a slight hiccup at the beginning but it all ended well. I will be back soon!!

Stacy the masseuse is the very best I have encountered. She has done my massage on countless occasions and her method and professionalism has not waned once. She is good and personable. I like Blends because of how they manage the appointments and the clientele. Because they are the usually on time, I don’t encounter other clients and I like that.
