10/10 experience here! I came on Valentine’s Day to get my nails and lashes done bc all the salons in downtown Lisbon were booked but it was very worth the trip. My lashes came out exactly like my lash tech does them in the states. I’ve tried three other lash places in Lisbon and none have gotten them the way I like. They also convinced me try new “cat eye” nail designs which were GORGEOUS. I usually only get black or white but they were a great decision and I got so many compliments. The space was clean and calm. The staff was kind and welcoming and spoke English. They take card payments!

I’ve been going to Eilene for years now and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. She has just moved into a brand new location and it is absolutely stunning: shiny, spotless and so welcoming from the moment you walk in. She is so professional and clearly knows her stuff whether you’re coming in for a wax or a facial massage. The results are consistently great and she makes the whole process feel effortless. She is also just really warm and friendly which makes such a difference. It feels less like an appointment and more like catching up with someone you trust.

This is my third or fourth time here, and Nat is consistently amazing! 5 stars every single time. She is an incredible masseuse, and I can't recommend her enough. This time, I had a pregnancy massage to help with pain in my left hip, combined with a head and facial massage. Everything was perfect and so relaxing. I will definitely keep coming back

Hello! Me and my husband are regular customer with Natty, and I always enjoy my visits. This time in particular (Friday, March 20st) was my first experience with a new staff member (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember), and she was absolutely amazing! I’ve been seeing Isabel monthly since 2021 and I don’t let anyone else touch my skin except Isabel :) She’s always gentle but very thorough with extractions, and the facials are always customised to my current skin needs. I use a lot less makeup now compare to before seeing Isabel regularly for treatments because my skin condition really has improved a lot. Obrigada ❤️

This review is coming from a perfectionist. Ellina was AMAZING. She has an impeccable attention to detail, but beyond that she is an interesting and creative person. Her 20 years of experience allow her to properly advise you and know what will look how and propose alternatives. Moreover, the salon itself is clean and everyone is nice. The eyebrow tech Olya is truly funny and knows what she’s doing. My brows truly transformed into a wonderful shape after she tended to them. Overall just a 10/10 experience.
