A very lovely Treatment relaxing and beneficial to my well being thankyou Holly loved the shoulder arm massage my lower back is feeling great too Legs felt so much lighter when I walked out. Just felt it was cut short a bit as I thought I had booked the ultimate aromatherapy experience 1hr 30mins but seems I had the hour long one never mind face gets it next time haha Thanks again as always love what ever I have at the reading rooms.

It was excellent. My wife and I both had a full body massage which started with a foot soak and wash and treatment which I hadn't expected ! The experience was very relaxing. It was a one off visit as we were on a holiday nearby at Swanborough lakes lodges but if we come back, we would definitely come here again for this treatment. I recommend this spa.

I had a wonderful 90 minute whole body massage today complete with foot and body scrub and head massage. There was such attention to detail, I was given lots of time to chill out before and afterwards and the people there couldn't have been nicer or more professional.

Danni did my massage and was excellent . She also did a great job with my manicure . All staff friendly . The only criticism was the small rest room which I found was a bit tired looking and in need of some TLC compared to those I have been to. Felt a bit claustrophobic with the slide door closed as quite a lot of furniture in there . Otherwise a lovely experience .

I have been coming here for years, love Holly (who gives THE BEST massages) and Nicky and the spa has a lovely friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Sadly prices went up yesterday by nearly 15%! That’s a massive increase and I had no warning, only knew when my appointment time was changed earlier today. £50 for a 30min back, neck and shoulder massage is a big outlay for me and I would have cancelled if I knew more than 48hrs in advance of this price (otherwise incurring a 50% cancellation fee). Sorry but I can’t justify that price for a massage with the rising costs of everything else :-(
