Acupuncture, physical therapy, massage and cupping all helps but I think pain relief is more with acupuncture and massage and physical therapy helps increasing strength and flexibility. My experience at Gili Head Spa was a 10/10! I had never been to a head spa before so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. Everything exceeded what I thought it could be. The ingredients used were high-quality, natural and clearly thoughtfully chosen. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing. Maciel was very kind and attentive as she walked me through each step. It felt very indulgent and healthy for my hair and scalp in the best ways. I will definitely be back!

Thank you for a perfect night. The space was so beautiful and calming. The scalp analysis was very insightful. I appreciate the aromatherapy and being able to choose my own blend. Massage pressure and temperature were perfect. Tea and snacks were tasty! We will be back!

I had an amazing haircut from Yuki yesterday. My hair was looking dull and lifeless, so I wanted a trim and layers while preserving length. He meticulously executed the cut, my hair still looks long, is looking so healthy and vibrant , and the blowout is lovely as well. He also gave me some product recommendations at the end :) Will definitely be back! Oh and the little head massage during the shampoo is very nice.

Samer did a great job at listening to what I wanted and took his time while carefully giving me a haircut. He even took his time with giving me a scalp massage. He gave me the experience I wanted and the exact haircut I asked for.

What a unique experience! I really felt like Luna worked every part of my body, and afterwards, I felt relaxed a lot less bloated, and not to share too much, but was able to use the restroom so much easier later in the evening. I will definitely be coming back for more treatments.

i went to inatural Spa on grand street near the grand street subway station the location is convenient , I had a great time. The massage was really good and applied just the right amount of pressure; not too hard and not too soft. The environment was clean, calm and soothing. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this place..
