I had my first Indian head massage and reflexology session with Nicola yesterday and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Nicola has such a calming presence and a real gift for what she does. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and worked wonders for the tension I’d been carrying. The reflexology was just as brilliant – I felt lighter and more balanced afterwards. It’s clear that Nicola is highly skilled and genuinely passionate about helping people feel their best. Managed to book in a few days before. Probably someone's cancellation. Anyway last November I got a bit of whiplash from a road traffic accident. I have to click my neck most days unfortunately. I went along for an Indian he'd massage hoping it would help out a bit. Well Nicola knows what she's doing. Neck felt a lot better afterwards for sure. Loads of tension gone from my neck and jaw. Also she commented that my shoulders were tight and that I should look in the mirror. Wow sure released a lot of tension there too and my neck looks longer too. Excellent. Thanks
