Whenever I visit the lovely Nicola she just seems to know what my body needs. From back massages, back and leg massages that include some reiki or today I experienced ear Hopi ear candles which was a lovely and relaxing experience. I always come out of there feeling amazingly relaxed and calm. I would highly highly recommend Nicola xxx

Bespoke Cariad Experience - Amazing experience from start to finish. I have a really relaxing experience planning my next visit already!

I had my first Indian head massage and reflexology session with Nicola yesterday and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Nicola has such a calming presence and a real gift for what she does. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and worked wonders for the tension I’d been carrying. The reflexology was just as brilliant – I felt lighter and more balanced afterwards. It’s clear that Nicola is highly skilled and genuinely passionate about helping people feel their best. Had the most amazing time with Nicola today I came in full of tension and feeling very stressed out and sore! Honestly I feel like a new human, my body feels rejuvenated and totally new!
