I had my first Indian head massage and reflexology session with Nicola yesterday and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Nicola has such a calming presence and a real gift for what she does. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and worked wonders for the tension I’d been carrying. The reflexology was just as brilliant – I felt lighter and more balanced afterwards. It’s clear that Nicola is highly skilled and genuinely passionate about helping people feel their best. Managed to book in a few days before. Probably someone's cancellation. Anyway last November I got a bit of whiplash from a road traffic accident. I have to click my neck most days unfortunately. I went along for an Indian he'd massage hoping it would help out a bit. Well Nicola knows what she's doing. Neck felt a lot better afterwards for sure. Loads of tension gone from my neck and jaw. Also she commented that my shoulders were tight and that I should look in the mirror. Wow sure released a lot of tension there too and my neck looks longer too. Excellent. Thanks

I had a 30 minute back, neck & shoulder massage (Swedish) . I've never had a massage before so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I booked as I've been having some tension. It was a lovely experience and Signe did also add some pressure to work on some knots. I was very relaxed and the time was up before I knew it. Thank you so much!

Had the most amazing time with Nicola today I came in full of tension and feeling very stressed out and sore! Honestly I feel like a new human, my body feels rejuvenated and totally new! I had an excellent post-operative lymphatic drainage session with Shannon. It was my first visit, and she made me feel really welcome and at ease. She’s extremely knowledgeable about post-op care and understands how treatments can be tailored to different surgeries. I’ve had a BA and was experiencing much more swelling and bruising on one side. After the session I felt noticeably lighter, and that side felt far less tight and restricted. I will definitely be back, thank you!

Honestly would not trust anyone else with my body. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. I started going since the beginning last year and have not stopped because you leave feeling wonderful. Hands down the best in Peterborough to do this.
