I had a really lovely reflexology session with Michelle. It was incredibly relaxing and soothing. The treatment bed was warm and she put supports under me and a weighted eye mask to make it even more comfortable. It was also very interesting to hear what she learned from working with my feet. Highly recommend!

Had two treatments today, reflexology and a black diamond facial. Both were carried out by Shabana, amazing does not come close to describing the treatments and experience. I’ve had black diamond facials before, not just a facial it is the most relaxing experience, this is definitely down to Shabana’s exceptional skills. Never had reflexology didn’t really know what to expect. Will definitely be having more. If you’re thinking of booking a treatment - don’t hesitate just book you will not be disappointed. You’ll come away feeling chilled and energised in equal measure.

Gillian is a gem. Her wee room is an oasis of calm and she has such a calm, nurturing nature. Manique is a lovely inviting space and I look forward to visiting other practitioners. I went for reflexology and it was a dream. I will be back and would wholeheartedly recommend her.

I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. Fantastic experience as always, so relaxing and chilled environment. Electric blanket made it very cosy and the Indian head massage was 5 star. Gillian used gua sha on my face and scalp. Could have fallen asleep for hours after it ! Thanks Gillian 🥰

I had a wonderful reflexology session with Shabana at Abbey Mill. As someone with fibromyalgia, I’m often nervous about pressure, but Shabana was incredibly considerate and tuned in perfectly to my needs. Her touch was exactly right.
