I got my eyelashes done for the first time today by Katie. Before my appointment she texted me directions and pictures of the building. I explained to her what look I was going for and she did an amazing job! She was so nice and gave me a little care package at the end of my appointment. If you are in the New York/ Long Island City area I definitely recommend her!

Amazing experience!! I started off with saline removal (not here) and it was a nightmare so I decided to try laser. She was SO thorough for the first appointment, she really took her time to properly explain what was going to be done to remove my microblading (previous artist). Second appointment we were already seeing progress with my eyebrows and the pigments coming off. 100% will recommend to my friends that also want microblading removed. I can’t wait to go back for hopefully one final session!

I had my follow up for microblading eyebrows. The final process came out beautiful. Katie is so patient and spent so much time to carefully work on my brows and had me check several times through the process to see if I was happy. She keeps everything very clean and sanitary which I am also very happy about. Ready for summer and not having to draw in my brows!!

My experience is always great!! Everyone is very friendly and extremely accommodating. I think it’s the absolute best hair salon on the upper east side !!! My hair colorist is so talented, she can do hair color, style and cut. Shakira is always a on point with everything she does, definitely a true talent aside from her friendly upbeat personality!!

Flawless as always! I’ve been seeing Laura for about 3 years now. She’s amazing, and I highly recommend her! I have a globally recognized brand and am on TV frequently. Skillfully applied permanent makeup makes all the difference! Not to mention, do you know toxic most makeup now days is? If you’re on the fence about permanent makeup, definitely go for it!

I’m so glad I found Sasha at Spring Muse. I had eyebrow microblading removed with laser at another place, but it left behind yellow pigment that wouldn’t fade. I didn’t know yellow is one of the hardest colors to remove. After wasted time and money, I found Sasha. She explained everything, used a gentler method, and made sure my skin was protected. I’ve been seeing Sasha for a few months now and not only have I had great results so far with removing my eyebrow microblading but she also make you feel at home with exceptional customer service. The location is brand new, clean and she always makes it a point to show you that the tools (such as needles) she’s using are new and unopened and I can really appreciate that. All in all 10/10, highly recommend her.

I found this salon because of all the incredible reviews, and I have to pay it forward because they truly deserve them. From my first call, Beata made me feel I had found the right place. She is so friendly and welcoming, and she gave me the best shampoo with a wonderful scalp massage. Fatih then finished my conditioner and combed my hair while making me laugh so much that I was completely relaxed by the time of my haircut. Onur is both a kind person and a talented artist. Sitting in his chair made me understand why the whole team is so warm and thoughtful. I felt completely taken care of.

I go here to get my hair and beard colored. Onur and Gian Carlos always both do an amazing job. Every employee is great and kind. As I work close by, I can see anyone who leaves the salon looks fantastic! Highly recommend!
