Naomi is fantastic, apart from being friendly and welcoming she transforms my hair each time and has given me great guidance on my new nano extensions that i love. Absolutely amazing experience for both weddings! My makeup looked so natural but still felt glamorous and flawless all day and night. It enhanced my features perfectly without feeling heavy, and I received so many compliments at both events. My hair was also incredible — exactly what I wanted, stayed in place beautifully, and matched the whole look perfectly. Such a lovely, talented person who made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout. Couldn’t recommend enough! 🤍

Had been considering lip blush for months. Wish I'd had it done sooner and know it will always be on my must have list. Was it painful - not too bad. Obviously you can feel it but as soon as you think it might start to hurt Luanne moves on to a different area. I had a consultation beforehand and tried many colours. Luanne makes you feel relaxed and constantly checked on my pain levels. I've always had a fantastic experience at Bloom. The girls are amazing and make you feel like a real friend rather than just another client.

My first visit to Elements Spa and my first ever microneedling treatment couldn’t have been better. Hayley was so considerate and made me feel completely at ease.
