Karen was awesome! I have disabilities which make treatments challenging sometimes. Karen was just so patient and accommodating, finding ways for me to have the treatments without making me uncomfortable or worse still,missing out on the treatment. She really went out of her way. 5 gold stars Karen.

Once again Rose made me feel so comfortable, she was so sweet & kind, & took time to understand what I wanted. She did amazing work on my eyebrows, I love the shape. I was so happy she took me on as a client & did her utmost best to correct the blue colour that had been performed by someone else. She goes above & beyond. Her dedication to detail, & wanting to make everyone feel good about themselves. I would not hesitate recommending anyone to go to see Rose. She is the best.

Had a haircut and deep hair therapy treatment and I'm so happy with the results. My hair feels much healthier, softer, and looks fuller after the cut. Went there for a consultation only and ended up getting my Nanoblading done perfectly on Friday afternoon. Rose is a professional artist and therapist, she provided great service beyond my expectations considering my oily skin condition. I would highly recommend her. I had my eyeliner tattooed by Rose today and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, she was so warm and welcoming. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made sure we were on the same page before starting. I never felt rushed or unheard. Throughout the entire session she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable, which made such a difference. I know Rose already and have 100% trust in how she works, I tried the permanent eyeliner, top and bottom, and had the best experience, zero pain thanks to the good quality numbing cream and zero concerns as she was taking care of everything in a super professional way, transforming my fears in a big smile when I looked in the mirror. This time I tried the body sculpting for my neck and I have to say I was very impressed. I would never believe the results were visible instantly! The procedure is so nice and relaxing. You get up and your neck is 10 years younger. Thanks to Rose's magic hands!
