First time to the studio. April 2024. Clean and sterile environment. Received by friendly staff. Went for ‘dark lip neutralisation’ by Andrea. She is very experienced, calm and steady. All the traits you seek from an artist. The process was minimal pain with the miraculous numb cream. Recovery is also alot less dramatic than expected, as long as you follow the do’s and don’ts as advised. Overall happy with the outcome as I was not looking for something too dramatic. Will recommend to friends and family.

It was overall a good experience session. Therapist is pleasant and attentive. Massage was okay, could have been with more pressure that I prefer. But I was doing best to just try relax myself, unwind enjoy the ambience & spa music so did not insist more pressure. Always my favourite spa.

My whole experience at Browserie with Andrea was nothing short of amazing. Friendly and attentive by nature. She listened to my preferences and created a new pair of brows specially for me. I’m very glad I managed to correct my previous bad PMU. The whole process took a year plus to complete as I had to undergo multiple laser removal sessions. Byebye red brows, hello BOMB BROWS !! Highly recommended ! 🩷

did a fairy core set and i love it so much 😞 retention lasted 4 weeks plus minus. no chipping but 1 of my charm came off while i was heavy duty cleaning my cats litterbox. all good!
