Nisha takes the time to thoughtfully curate treatment plans based on each individual’s needs. She was incredibly patient in explaining treatments and never once pushed products or prioritized sales. I’ve been to many skin and laser clinics where the focus is on selling, but that was never the case with Nisha. Despite her busy schedule, she always made time to check in on my skin and follow up on my progress. She gives candid, straightforward advice without sugarcoating, which I really appreciate. This place is truly a hidden gem in Toronto. Highly recommended!

My facial was done by Melanie, who was absolutely wonderful—so sweet, professional, and incredibly skilled. Her face massage technique made my face feel lifted. She also performed a few extractions and was extremely gentle while still managing to remove some stubborn blackheads with great care. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I definitely will be returning.
