Wow!! Japanese Head Spa, was my first experience, a little nervous as didn't know what to expect. I was put at ease and the professionalism was top notch, I didn't want the experience to end. I cant rate these guys enough, an amazing atmosphere and friendly. The perfect place to wind down, chill and relax. Treat yourself to some "you" time, i promise you won't regret it! I booked a Labubu pamper session for my two girls as a birthday treat. It was our first time visiting Gigi Vi so I didn't know what to expect but it was absolutely amazing. The staff looking after the girls were so lovely and kind. My youngest can sometimes be a little shy when meeting new people but she was very happily chatting away. My girls are already planning their next visit 😀

I cannot recommend Emma enough!! She is the loviest person and made me feel at ease straight away! I have just left after having a 2 hour pamper session (massage and facial) and feel like a new person!!! I booked in last minute and she was able to accommodate me, asked and listened to my needs! Me and G had a fantastic time. His only request for Christmas was a 'spa day'. This was his first salon experience and he loved every minute, the staff were so lovely, kind and inclusive and took their time to listen to what he wanted and to make conversation with him. He came out absolutely beaming and says he wants to go back for his birthday too! I was also treated wonderfully and could relax for my treatments knowing G was being cared for wonderfully. I would definitely recommend to any parents with Sen children who would like a treat! 😁

I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. Had the Relaxation package this morning and highly recommend it. It included LED Phototherapy facial, my skin feels amazingly soft and smooth and also Pressotherapy, my body feels so much looser, I was a bit sceptical about this but I shouldn't have been, its a great treatment x
