Just moved to the states and was greeted with the best lash lift by Ashley! Ashley speaks you through the whole process and trust me you are in great hands from that moment on. The chair is so comfortable and the vibes in the salon are so relaxing - you'll fall asleep if Ashley doesn't make you laugh for the full hour with her stories. what a gem. This was my first time receiving a high quality lash lift service. My technician “Ashley” explained the full process in detail and she also analyzed my lashes & face features to see what will pair well, so I decided to trust her expertise. The ending result was perfect, I truly loved it! I suggest all customers to book their follow up appointments before leaving that way you can save 10% The front desk staff is super welcoming and friendly. First time I got my lashes done with Hannah for a glam cateye wispy fill! She’s great- she really took the time to do my lashes well and she’s very detail oriented. She made sure to take out the long outgrown lash extension pieces to ensure my fill will last me a while. She’s very light handed and I’m really happy with how it turned out!

Had a great first time experience at Piped by Martina. I just moved to the area and I'm glad I went with this lash salon as my tech was lovely and able to deliver exactly what I was receiving from the original salon I had been going to. Very happy with my set of lashes :)!

I had such a great experience here! They’re super detailed and really take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. I love how my lashes turned out—they look so natural but still enhance my eyes so nicely, which I feel like can be hard to get right, especially for my eye shape. They also really take the time to ask you questions about what you like and don’t like and offer suggestions for what would suit you given your lash length, eye shape, etc. I’ve already been back because I liked it that much. Definitely recommend if you want something natural and pretty

I got a deep cleansing gua sha facial, eyebrow lamination, and lash lift. The staff was kind and it was such a relaxing experience. My brows and lashes look great and I woke up today with a noticably less puffy face. I will be back every month for a refresh.

I have been patronizing this establishment for several months now. Maya does my lash extensions and she is exceptional. Upon entering the salon all the technicians are pleasant. The atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing. Maya is thorough and a skilled professional. I had an emergency last week and was treated well by the owner when explaining the circumstances surrounding the emergency. It's always nice when professionalism, skills, aesthetics and comfort are combined it makes our experiences even more enjoyable!

She always does me SO GOOD. The lashes last for so long and I mean A LOT longer than it should. I've gone almost 2-3 months with some lashes still fully stuck on my eyelids. I could not recommend a better lash tech to my friends. 100/10 recommend !!

My first lash lift from here didn’t turn out so well but they did GREAT by letting me have it redone and I loved it the second time . The whole staff was apologetic and patient . Didn’t pay anything the second time . Now my lashes are lovely !!

I have been looking for a Brow Salon here in New York and I made the right choice. Ann was very kind and accommodating, she made sure to explain to me the process and asked me beforehand what I wanted for my brows. She was very gentle and I appreciate that she checks on me once in a while if I was okay. I also love the results! Highly recommended and Definitely coming back for my brow maintenance.

Everyone was fantastic! Kate at the front desk was super helpful and got me in same day for an emergency lash removal due to a bad reaction to a new lash extension set from another salon. Maria took amazingly great care in removing the extensions. I will go back to have them do my lash extensions in the future!

Pinky is so kind, and did such an amazing job on my brows (threading and tint) and lashes (lash tint). I love the meditative chanting music she plays, and it's really just such a lovely experience. I decided to stay and get reflexology and ended up doing an hour of it with Shoba! She's incredible and did a full leg massage (and scalp massage). Definitely add that on! If I lived here, I would do it every week!
