Mostly fine, but the Stylist tugged on my hair way too much while blow drying. I had to stop her midday to tell her my neck was literally bent out of shape.

I was grateful to be accommodated on short notice and appreciated getting both my hair and nails done today. While the hairstylist did a good job overall, there are a few areas for improvement: ensuring the towel stays on the customer's shoulders, providing a towel before washing, clearly communicating the next steps, detangling hair more gently, and blow-drying with more care to avoid discomfort and burning the scalp. With some practice and attention to these details, she can enhance the overall customer experience.

I’ve been using KLS since September 2024 for bi-weekly hair treatment. My hair came in dry with very flaky scalp but now it’s more lush than it has been in years. The flaky scalp has drastically reduced. Beyond this, their customer service is top notch. They are kind and always willing to help. My stylist, Grace is excellent. She knows what she is doing and she is always open to listen to me to get exactly what I want. I’m really happy I chose KLS and I hope the experience stays top-notch!

Amazing atmosphere, great customer service My first time in Lagos and the first hair salon I’ve been to here. I had a great experience and I will certainly be back !!

Great service. The ladies were 100% attentive to me, like clockwork! The only reason I didn't give 5× was the hair dryer that decided to be temperamental so I had to sit awkwardly. All-in-all a good experience. Will definitely be back soon.

Very beautiful and welcoming salon so professional. My daughters and I were treated like princesses . Our hair came out fantastic I can't stop looking at the mirror. I had the micro braid and I was thinking it will take long to finish the girls were so quick. The braids are so neat and no discomfort at all. I will definitely recommend Braiders club.

I got there in time and the service started almost immediately which is rare for most establishments in Lagos. I went in for mini twists and a scalp treatment and it was top notch. The only thing I didn’t like was the unprofessional attitude of some of the staffs and it should be looked into. Whenever there are disagreements between staff members I believe that it should be handled privately and not in presence of customers as it creates an awkward atmosphere.
