Arrived too early for my appointment (20mins) there was no problem, I was shown to a seat, and offered a drink. All the girls were friendly as usual. Lauren gave me good advice on a choice of styles, I was washes by Ang who gave an excellent head massage, hair was styled and I was more than happy with, will be back soon
