Honestly the best balayage I’ve done in London (I’ve done a lot!!) and also an amazing salon experience. Tatsu knew exactly what I wanted even though it was difficult for me to find reference pictures and explain what I liked, but he did a perfect job. He tailored the color and approach to my hair too, and to my limitations (eg going away for an extended period so needing a style that could do with outgrowth). The other salon staff were so friendly and welcoming, all around an amazing and luxurious experience. My go-to salon from now on.

I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! They recommended how I should be looking after my hair and were able to tell me what I needed to do to get my hair healthy and blonde at the same time.
