Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

I first started going to Jade about 16years ago. After moving outside Cardiff I have tried to find another hairdresser who is as good and I simply haven’t been able to. Going back to Jade in her beautiful new salon made me feel amazing today and I’ll be a forever customer once again. I truly have never had anyone put so much care and attention to my haircut. And I cannot believe he also styled it and used product without adding on a cheeky extra tenner or something. Genuinely just wanted me to leave with hair I can wear and feel good about it! The price is also so bloody reasonable especially with student discount. And I enjoyed my Pepsi thanks Xx
