What a wonderful experience at Penarth Scalp Spa! Helen is so knowledgeable about scalp health and it was so interesting to see my scalp health up close as part of the initial analysis before treatment. The essential oils used really made me feel relaxed and Helen explained everything beforehand. I was so relaxed, warm and cosy I could have lay there all day! The hand and arm massage was also a lovely surprise! Thank you so much Helen!

This is the best hair salon I have visited. Had my hair done by Teigan. What a fabulous hairdresser. My colour, cut and blow dry is wonderful so pleased. Highly recommend. Also Helen has done my hair and highly recommend her as well. Best salon in Penarth.

JADE CAME TO MY RESCUE! I had previously been to another hairdresser for lived in blonde and was very unhappy with the end result. Jade took time , care and precision colour correcting to remove the warm unwanted tones in my hair ( not an easy task) giving me a clean lived in blonde which is exactly what I had wished for! Thank you so much Jade you nailed it! I feel like me again. Xx

I truly have never had anyone put so much care and attention to my haircut. And I cannot believe he also styled it and used product without adding on a cheeky extra tenner or something. Genuinely just wanted me to leave with hair I can wear and feel good about it! The price is also so bloody reasonable especially with student discount. And I enjoyed my Pepsi thanks Xx

Always excellent as usual. Hari is very professional, she always gives me a beautiful cut and because of the way she cuts my hair, the style stays until my next cut with her. I enjoy going to Lazarou Penarth as the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

took my daughter there as a treat who is epileptic went through everything with her to make sure the room was ok if anything she didn’t like would not be included,can’t fault helen for making her comfortable she really enjoyed it and was nice an relaxed would recommend x
