Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

I first started going to Jade about 16years ago. After moving outside Cardiff I have tried to find another hairdresser who is as good and I simply haven’t been able to. Going back to Jade in her beautiful new salon made me feel amazing today and I’ll be a forever customer once again. Beautiful salon, free parking and a very warm welcome and best of all an amazing hair style. Thanks Jade

I took my 11 year-old daughter to see Alice today for the first time and she is very pleased with the result. Alice took a lot of care to ensure the cut was just what my daughter wanted and then styled it to perfection. We'll be back!

JADE CAME TO MY RESCUE! I had previously been to another hairdresser for lived in blonde and was very unhappy with the end result. Jade took time , care and precision colour correcting to remove the warm unwanted tones in my hair ( not an easy task) giving me a clean lived in blonde which is exactly what I had wished for! Sharon maid my husband feel at ease. Sharon styled it and it looks really good. This is the 3rd salon we have tried and crown is by far the best.
