I had the most wonderful experience having my hair cut and styled by Ilva . She is perfect at making you feel at ease and listened to . She has fantastic knowledge about all things "hair" including products and she happily demonstrates how they work and the benefits you can expect. I would highly recommend Ilva and will definitely be going back . She is also kind and smiles a lot which adds to the amazing experience.

Arranged a blow wave for my pensioner mum, that didn't cost the earth, at Marjon's in Watsonia. Was very easy to book an appointment online. The hardest part was climbing the stairs to the salon on the first floor, which was air-conditioned and comfortable. Frank styled mum's hair beautifully and was super quick too. Very professional service.

The best and most relaxing treatment I've had in a long time. This treatment was so much more than just a hair spa, it was a truly relaxing experience with a neck, shoulder/chest massage and rollers used to relax the face as well. Thanks so much Shannon!

If you have one of those heads where if you go to regular run of the mill places and your cuts come out terrible then come and see Nicole. She knows what to do to make rude heads look good. Best barber ive found in Melbourne (I looked alot), and ill be a client for life

We have been to Casey several times now and we are always pleased with the results. Casey has transformed my 16 year old daughter’s hair from bleach blonde back to chocolate brown and she has also styled her hair for various occasions. All the staff are very friendly. We would definitely recommend Jonar Hair to others.

Such a relaxing and luxurious experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was so calming, and the Japanese head spa treatment was incredibly soothing. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed, with my scalp feeling so clean and my hair soft and healthy. Shannon was so lovely, professional, and made the whole experience feel so special. I can’t recommend Serenity Room enough, I’ll definitely be back!
