10/10 experience. From the moment I walked in, staff listened to what I wanted, but was also realistic with me in what I was able to achieve based on my hair. They listened to my concerns every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my hair. They educated me and recommended products to make sure I'm able to upkeep and maintain my hair. David even went beyond the services I originally came in for, giving me a partial keratin treatment and dust-cut to make ensure I left there confidently. Loved the staff, would absolutely recommend & return back as a customer.

Never knew how bad I needed to come here until I did. Can’t go back to my barber anymore. What exceptional service. The individuals here take great care of you. If you’re thinking of getting a massage, don’t think about it, just do it! And as for a haircut - I came in with my hair having no shape, minimal volume, no umph. Ainur is incredibly talented and pays amazing attention to detail with every braid she creates. I’ve gone to her multiple times for special events like HYROX competitions and the Pride Parade, where I wanted colorful extensions braided into my natural hair. The braids always look beautiful, are comfortable, and hold up for days—even through intense athletic events. I highly recommend Ainur to anyone looking for high-quality, creative braids that last!

Wonderful service! Natsumi really took good care of me. She listened to my requests and added some suggestions of her own before starting the haircut. The wash was super relaxing as well. I'm really picky about getting layered cuts but I walked into this salon without an appointment and Sheral did a fantastic cut. She really knew how to get the look I wanted from the photo I showed her. Many other stylists want to use razors and thinning shears, which do not work on my hair. This haircut is layered perfectly. My new go-to on the UES.

I found this salon because of all the incredible reviews, and I have to pay it forward because they truly deserve them. From my first call, Beata made me feel I had found the right place. She is so friendly and welcoming, and she gave me the best shampoo with a wonderful scalp massage. Fatih then finished my conditioner and combed my hair while making me laugh so much that I was completely relaxed by the time of my haircut. Onur is both a kind person and a talented artist. Sitting in his chair made me understand why the whole team is so warm and thoughtful. I felt completely taken care of.
