The glam factory is always a great place to get your hair cut with wonderful and friendly staff that make you feel welcome. I had my hair cut by Sarah today and she is always wonderful at doing such a brilliant job always feeling satisfied with my new style. Sarah is also really friendly and it's always nice having a chat. I am very happy with my experience and will be returning again in the future when I need my hair doing. Many thanks Sean

Vanessa seems to know what I want more than I do, amazing highlights and her attention to detail is amazing. As well as being talented, she's a lovely lady as are all the girls. It's such a lovely friendly atmosphere there.

I went in with a picture of the new colour I wanted and Sian delivered. IV been having my hair done for many years with Sian now and I'm always changing my colour and she never fails, she always gets it right.

Sian is brilliant. So grateful to have such an amazing stylist nearby. My hair needed correcting and Sian did an amazing job. Love the results and the toner used, gave the perfect ash blonde results that I wanted. Thank you so much xx
